Reflexology Charts

There are absolutely hundreds of reflexology foot charts out on the web. It seems that everyone has their own version probably for copyright reasons.  Any reputable training provider will provide its own charts either free or for a small cost - one such is the The Bayly School, the oldest reflexology school in Britain.

There are usually only small differences between basic reflexology charts which map the reflex areas on the feet.  The foot reading, metaphysical approaches or techniques with an interest in meridian points will show additional information as well as the traditional reflex areas.

Anatomical Charts

If like me you have a memory like a hen then you will appreciate having clearly illustrated charts which are easy to refer to. 

Given the number of bones, ligaments, muscles, tendons, nerves, blood vessels in the human foot it makes sense to have clear visual aids available.
