Bring mats blankets blocks etc to make your seated posture comfortable
or feel free to sit in a chair. We usually do a brief two-three minute
silence to start and then discuss some aspect of meditation before
sitting for a longer period - around half an hour.
If you use a mala don't forget to bring it with you.

International Retreat Centre
Please join us for our new term of meditation classes for
everyone.
Classes include guided meditations and practical explanations of
Buddha’s teachings to develop peaceful minds in our busy, modern
lives. These are based on the book 'Modern Buddhism' by Geshe Kelsang
Gyatso - which available free at www.emodernbuddhism.com
Classes are suitable for all levels. There’s no need to pre-book
you can just turn up.
