Hi I'm Linda Bellwood. I've been interested in complementary therapies and healing for many years but only in a vague general way. Around 6 years ago I was feeling generally low and unsettled so taking my friend Sheelagh's advice I booked in to have a reflexology treatment. Looking back this was a turning point in my life. It's funny how these things happen.

Over the next few years I attended reiki courses with my friend and Reiki master Pat Dawe and studied reflexology with the Bayly School of Reflexology, the oldest reflexology School in Britain. I qualified in December 2006.  I am registered with the British Reflexology Association, the NHS Directory and am fully insured.

Since enjoying my first reflexology treatment I've become more and more interested in health and wellbeing and the part complementary therapies can play in maintaining good health.
